REGISTRATION POLICIES

  • Multiple Attendee Discounts (may not be combined with other discounts):
    – 10% off applicable rate for second attendee from same company
    – 15% off applicable rate for third or more additional attendee from same company
  • Delegate fee includes: Two full day of sessions with all functions and presentations and a special room rate at the Park Central Hotel San Francisco. (Note: Hotel is NOT included in the delegate fee.)
  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received on or before 9/18/17 are refundable, however a cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted for those paying by check and $75 for those paying by credit card. Cancellations after 9/18/17 are non-refundable.
  • Attendance at eTOURISM SUMMIT is limited to 200 and subject to sell-out. eTOURISM SUMMIT retains the right to refuse admission to anyone.
  • All registrations are subject to eligibility and approval.
